We can also charge you on a “one time hire” basis.
This is how it works:
- Call us with your information regarding the position you have available and pay the fee.
- We search our database with all the potential qualified candidates. If we don’t have the perfect match for you, we advertise for you!
- ACI follows our and your guidelines in our extensive interviewing process.
- ACI concludes the best possible match. At times, possibly 2 or 3 strong candidates.
- ACI contacts you with these possible candidates and allows you to make the final decision as per your needs. If you like, you can interview these candidates once again so you feel assured that it is a great match.
Our fee covers everything and is a “one time” fee for each employee you require. We do our best to be successful with each match we make but at times, this is not the case. If, for whatever reason, the employee chosen for you does not succeed, ACI will replace that employee free of charge to you if it is still within the first month of employment. In the labour market, it is very difficult to find honest and willing helpers. We will find them for you.
There is no need to spend money on advertising as that alone can be very expensive. No need to waste your time on countless interviews.
