The Process...and how we make it easy for you

The process to hire a caregiver is quite simple when working with a qualified agency.  It can also easily be done on your own.  ACI ensures that our applicants are qualified and meet the criteria of not only the Government of Canada but also of ACI’s.  Our caregivers are pre-screened and put through a personality test.  When an applicant is entered into our database, they have passed all tests and are qualified to begin working with you.  When a caregiver is found and a match is made, the processing begins.

If you choose to work with ACI, we make the process easy.  We walk you through the steps and support you entirely.  An initial meeting is usually set.  At that time, we explain the paperwork to you.  We give you access to our database of qualified caregivers.  ACI gives you a variety of options to help your unique situation.  Is a caregiver what you really need?  An assessment of your needs, our time and our knowledge is completely free.
