Benefits and Advantages of having a live-in Caregiver

There are many benefits of having a live in caregiver.  Firstly, you are helping support a truly wonderful, kind and educated person and their families back home.  Your caregiver becomes a member of your family.  A caregiver becomes extra support in the home.  You could say “that extra pair of hands you’ve always wanted”!

Your children/loved ones will grow a close bond with who is taking care of them.  A caregiver will still visit friends, go away for a weekend, spend evenings during the week with friends and not be totally dependent on you.  If you need some extra time with your caregiver or require the odd evening or weekend, usually they are pretty excited about helping out!

You also never have to worry about your hired help in our cold Canadian winters with getting to work on time so you can leave for work on time and perhaps work tying you up later than you predicted and having to rush or panic about not being on time.
