You are never under any obligation and do not have to pay any fees if you choose not to. ACI only charges you if you require our Law Firm services.
As of April 1, 2010, employers hiring you are required to pay for your travel (airfare) to Canada. Employers are also required to pay for work/disability insurance on your behalf. This is called WCB. (Workman's Compensation Board)
Costs that you will typically be responsible for:
- Work permit processing fee $150 CDN
- Medical exam fees
- Police clearance fees
ACI will also pay for your Western Union money transferring fees. If you ever need to wire money, you no longer will have to pay any service fees. It is also included in this package.
